Who is it for and what are the benefits?

More popularly known as an Artist Visa, this type of visa is suitable for foreigners visiting Indonesia for the purpose of conducting a series of entertainment performance activities in public for a fee such as singers, dancers, magicians, circus performers, acrobatic performers, hosts, crew, professional sportsmen, etc. Visa users are like holders of work permits and limited stay permits, authorized to do work according to their activities and professions.

Indobizcorner, is a company holding an impresariat permit, namely a permit as an organizer and promoter of entertainment activities with number 566.1/072/DisPar/2017 issued by the Bekasi Regency Tourism Office. With this permit we can become an organizer, provide sponsorship to bring in foreign professional entertainment workers and sportsmen who will perform live entertainment performances in public in Indonesia. With our company's sponsorship, they will obtain an official permit to work temporarily for 1 to 6 months, obtain a work permit with a job title according to their profession and be granted an electronic ITAS by Indonesian immigration. They are also required to pay compensation (DKPTKA) for their work permit of USD 100/month, applications for permits less than one month must still pay for one month.

Steps to obtain your Pension KITAP

  • Approval process from the Immigration Office, Directorate General of Immigration, and Regional Office of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights

    How many months is the Impresariat work permit valid for?
    Work permits and limited stay permits (ITAS) along with reentry permits are granted from 1 to 6 months.
    The Impresariat work permit is valid for one to six months, as well as the validity period for the limited stay permit (ITAS) and re-entry permit.
    Impresariat ITAS cannot be extended but renewal can be made, and there is no need to leave Indonesia to renew the permit.
