Who is it for and what are the benefits?
If you have a valid Single Entry Visa, are a business tourist and plan to stay in Indonesia longer than the initial 60 days allowed, you will need to extend your visa. The Single Entry Visa extension must be applied for by your sponsor and the sponsor's representative must process the extension.
To summarize how it works, a Single Entry Visa allows 60 days validity upon entering Indonesia, extendable 2 times, each time granting an additional 60 days. Therefore, with 2 extensions the maximum validity of the visa is 180 days.
The process is quite simple using Indobizcorner, just contact us when you have 2 weeks left on your visa and we can send one of our couriers to collect it from you (If you are near one of our 4 offices) or feel free to hand it over to our team yourself.
Once received, we will take your passport to immigration on your behalf and within a few days immigration will confirm the time at which you should join us at immigration for the biometrics session. After that, we will wait for immigration to do their thing, usually a few more days and then we will collect your passport. You can collect it from your preferred Indobizcorner office or our courier will send it to you.

This will depend on where you live in Indonesia, each immigration office has its own coverage area.
How long before the process should I provide my passport to Indobizcorner?
We would suggest 2 weeks. The process should generally go fairly smoothly; however, Indonesia is notorious for holidays, especially in Bali, so there are times when the process will take much longer. In any case, 2 weeks is plenty of time.
I applied before and the visa extension is only 30 days?
Until 2022, the visa extension was only 30 days; however, the immigration authority changed it to 60 days to reduce visits to the immigration office. They also raised the government fee from IDR 500,000 to IDR 1,500,000 at the same time.
