With this visa, you can

- Carrying out activities related to work that are not in a contractual employment relationship with a company or individual in Indonesia to fulfill their personal and family.

- Bring family to stay in Indonesia as long as they comply with immigration regulations.

- Conducting activities related to tourism, visiting friends or family.

- Travel to and from Indonesia as many times as you want while the Re-entry Permit is still valid.

You must

- Be financially sufficient during your stay in Indonesia.

- Comply with all visa conditions and Indonesian laws.

- Honoring local traditions, culture, and wisdom

- Report on the compliance of commitments within 90 days after the date of entry.

The following subjects are excluded and cannot be the subject of an unlimited Permanent Stay Permit (ITAP) within the framework of this Ministerial Regulation:

- Those who are citizens of a country that was once part of the Territory of Indonesia.

- Individuals who are currently or have been employed as civil servants, law enforcement officials, intelligence function executors, and/or military personnel abroad.

- Individuals who have been involved in a separatist group's

- Individuals who have been in contradiction with national interests.

Other information

- If you meet the conditions, you will automatically obtain the electronic unlimited stay permit and the Re-Entry Permit upon arrival at the Immigration Checkpoint (you do not need to go to the immigration office to obtain a Permanent Stay Permit or unlimited stay permit and Re-Entry Permit).

- Staying in Indonesia over the period of your stay permit, engaging in prohibited activities, not complying with visa conditions, and/or not complying with Indonesian laws may result in you paying fines, being deported, and/or other legal charges.

- You are prohibited from selling goods or services

- You are prohibited from receiving rewards, wages, or any similar payments from individuals or corporations in Indonesia.

Document Requirement

- Valid Nationality Passport for at least 6 (six) months.

- Proof of living expenses.

- Latest color photograph.

- Curriculum Vitae.

- Statement of commitment for the descendants of ex-Indonesian citizens at most of the first degree that must be accomplished within 90 (ninety) days from the date of arrival, such as:

1. Purchase Indonesian government bonds, at least US$10,000 (ten thousand US dollars); or

2. Purchase shares in publicly listed companies in Indonesia, at least US$10,000 (ten thousand US dollars); or

3. Purchase mutual funds in Indonesia, at least US$10,000 (ten thousand US dollars); or

4. Place funds in the form of deposits in state-owned banks, at least US$10,000 (ten thousand US dollars); or

5. Purchase property in the form of flats or apartments in Indonesia, at least US$1,000,000 (one million US dollars) or equivalent

- Proof that the documents show the foreigner was previously an Indonesian citizen, such as:

1. Identity card (KTP);

2. Proof of family relationship with an ex-Indonesian citizen, among others:

3. Family card

4. Book of marriage or certificate of marriage issued by the ministry or authorized institution

5. Other documents that prove and explain the family relationship with former Indonesian citizens

- Curriculum vitae.

- Proof of income, at least.

1. US$15,000 (fifteen thousand US dollars) per year; or

2. US$1,500 (one thousand five hundred US dollars) per month

- Proof of income, at least:

1. US$15,000 (fifteen thousand US dollars) per year; or

2. US$1,500 (one thousand five hundred US dollars) per month.

Visa Validity

- This visa must be used within 90 days from the date of issue.
